How much does it cost?
Initial consultation and first one-hour session is complementary, one hour sessions are $100. at your location and time.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No, as long as you reschedule the missed session within the current month.
what is availability?
6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 6AM to 2PM.
how are sessions scheduled?
Each client sets a training schedule for the next complete month and pays for sessions at the beginning of the month.
what is available besides personal training?
Each client is assigned a personal logbook in which I track every session in fine detail. I may periodically test Functional Movement Screen, body composition, heart rate recovery, VO2 max, etc. as requested for baselines. Nutrition discussions around Whole 30, clean, Paleo, fasting, judicious supplementation.
